Yo yo yo my people! Today I have some gradient and half moon heart (?) nail art to share!
So I do this thing where I clean my room every few months and it's a disaster a few days after said cleanings. This time though, I added a real bed to my bedroom (I used to sleep on a mattress on the floor because it's really comfy, quiet if you toss and turn and easy to move around). Now that I have a bed my room feels more like a proper bedroom, and I think it's helping me keep and want to keep it clean. It's like my room had too chill of a vibe before or something.
I'm mostly only mentioning it because it's helping me feel motivated about a lot of other things. I have always struggled with motivation for school, cleaning and anything else really. Now I'm thinking up cute things to put in my room and feeling motivated to blog, dress like I would if I was actually going out everyday, etc. I haven't even been wearing a bra lately because I usually stay home and just can't be bothered. This was supposed to sound positive because it is haha! Anyways, onto the nails!
I started with a base of two coats of American Apparel Poppy and a coat of top coat (because I wasn't going to jazz it up with nail art until the next day)! Poppy can easily be a one-coater but I wasn't being overly careful. The next day I went in with Essie DJ Play that Song for the half moon hearts and Poppy, American Apparel Angeline (a one-coater dark pink creme, swatch and review here) and DJ Play that Song on a wet makeup sponge for the gradient nails! I finished with a coat of Dollish Polish Putting on the Ritzzz! for the gradient nails and a coat of top coat on all of the nails.
What do you guys think of these nails? I'd love to know in the comments!
Thanks so much for taking a look everyone! Does anyone else struggle with keeping their room tidy or motivation in general? I'll be back with a massive swatch spam post very soon! Happy Wednesday! =)

Dollish Polish Toad-ally Awesome and Striping Tape!
Hi everyone! Today I have some super simple mix and match nail art to share!
I've seen this alternating glitter polish and striping tape over a creme polish mani all over the internet lately! I really like it, so I decided to try it myself!
The blue seen here is Essie Mesmerize, the striping tape is just off of eBay or Amazon, the black creme is Orly Liquid Vinyl (as always), and the super cute glitter topper is Dollish Polish Toad-ally Awesome!
It's been a while since I posted any kind of nail art on here (the last time was Halloween) so let's get on to the pictures! :)
My right hand!
Thanks so much for having a look everyone, I hope you're having a lovely weekend! :)

Dollish Polish Putting On The Ritz! over a Blue to Purple Essie Gradient!
Hey everyone! Today I have a quick post featuring another glitter-topped gradient mani to share!
I've recently fallen in love with gradients (probably because I've finally mastered a technique that works) so I decided to do another one yesterday! The blue is Essie Bikini So Teeny and the purple is Essie Play Date (two of my favourite polishes)! The glitter on top is Dollish Polish Putting On The Ritzzz!, a lovely black and white glitter topper without any bar glitter (unlike Hard Candy Black Tie Optional)!
Onto the pictures!
What do you guys think of gradients topped with glitter? Thank you so much for reading! :)

Dollish Polish Super Bubblicious!
Hi everyone! Today (like many other days) I have a swatch of a lovely indie polish for you!
This is Dollish Polish Super Bubblicious and it was a pleasure to work with! Many bloggers claim this polish is a three-coater, but I think I apply thicker coats when working with jelly/crelly polishes or just in general, so I got away with just two coats! I also added a coat of top coat before taking the photos, so the pictures show two (thick) coats and a coat of Essie Good To Go top coat!
I apologize for the sad, dry skin around my nails in these photos, I had two big midterms last week and my cuticles and hands were neglected!
Anyways, onto the photos!
Super cute right? I have a few other Dollish Polish polishes, so let me know down below if you wanna see swatches of my other ones! I hope you're all having a lovely day! :)

Black and White Glitter Topper Comparison and Julep Adriana!
Hey all! Today I have a swatch of Julep Adriana and a black and white glitter polish comparison to show you featuring two indie polishes!
I bought a bunch of black and white glitter polishes recently and I've hardly/never used them! I kind of fell in love with all the glitter toppers featured in this post and I'm thinking of doing a gradient topped with one of them and posting that tomorrow!
I've made myself a light box but I still need some white light lightbulbs and a few lamps, so bear with the inconsistent lighting! Maybe I'll post my gradient topped with black and white glitter tonight if I get my light box in working order by then!
Anyways, onto the pictures!
I took a few pictures in the Sun of Adriana after I took these shade pictures, and I noticed it had bubbled pretty badly. What you see here is two coats and no top coat! I didn't wait very long between coats, but I waited as long as I do swatching Black Sheep Lacquer polishes and they have never bubbled on me!
Let me know if you have a favourite or any questions in the comments! Thanks for reading my lovely people! :)

Thumb and ring finger: Hard Candy Black Tie Optional
Index finger: Dollish Polish Putting on the Ritzzz!
Middle finger: Black Sheep Lacquer A Letter to the New York Post
Pinkie finger: Sally Hansen Tweedy
They were all super easy to work with and had lovely formulas!

Dollish Polish Swatches and Review!
This is a big and picture-heavy post, with reviews and swatches/partial swatches of five awesomely-formulated Dollish Polish polishes I recently purchased! Below is the mani I did yesterday with three of the five polishes, their names can be found below. Unfortunately I didn't clean up my nails before I took these pictures, but I think you can hardly tell :).
I <3 Nerds is an adorable medium pink crelly with tiny round purple and blue glitter, small dark blue square glitter, and large pink and light blue square glitter. This polish is perfect at two coats, as you can see in these pictures!
Juicy Contradiction is a pale-ish yellow jelly with very tiny round red glitters, and tiny round orange glitters. This polish seemed the most sheer out of the three coloured polishes I bought, but I used the thinnest coats with this polish. I used three coats in the swatches you see here =).
I tested the two glitter toppers on top of the pedicure I posted a little while ago here!
Toad-ally Awesome is a whole bunch of glitter in a clear suspension base, including teeny teeny tiny dark blue glitter, small gold hexagon and square glitter, small white hexagon and square glitter, large red and white hexagon glitter, and large blue square/rectangular glitter. It was really easy to get at the different glitters despite the settling and sinkage of them :).
Putting On The Ritzzz! consists of tiny, small, and large white and black hexagonal glitter in a clear suspension base. The glitters in this polish were also really easy to get on the nail, I actually painted this on the same way you'd paint on a cream polish!
From left to right: Juicy Contradiction, Super Bubblicious, I <3 Nerds, Toad-ally Awesome, and Putting On The Ritzzz! :)
Super Bubblicious is a beautiful pale blue jelly with white bar glitter, tiny white square glitter, small blue hexagon glitter, large pink hexagon and square glitter, and large dark blue square glitter. This polish would probably look best with three coats. For these pictures I only used two thick coats and as you can see, it's slightly streaky.
