Black and White Random Designs!

Hello my lovely readers! Today I have some black and white random design nail art to share!

I'm super happy with the way these came out, unlike how I felt about my last post :P.

For these nails I used a fairly small nail art brush and a very small nail art brush (both modified by me to make them thin enough for nail art). I basically sat down knowing I wanted to have polka dots on one nail and no other ideas! After finishing my first hand, I decided to do similar designs on my other hand to try and match my first designs.

Anyways, onto the pictures!

White used: OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls

Half Moon Triangle Nail Art!

Hi everyone! Today I have some really simple triangle half moon nails to show you!

For the first time ever I painted my nails with insufficient light, and it definitely shows! My triangles are all wonky and there are bald spots in my base colour! :P

Anyways, since I'll probably be repainting my nails pretty soon and posting a better mani soon, let's just get on with it and onto the pictures!

More Simple Floral Nail Art!

Hello everyone! Today I have some simple floral nail art for you!

I realized after I did this that it looks a lot like some nail art Sarah of Chalkboard Nails did awhile ago! To me, it's hard to tell if the blue or the other colour is on top for both of these designs. Sometimes it looks like the purple is on top (as in I started with a blue base) and sometimes it looks like the blue is on top and the purple was the base (which is how I did it and how it is).

I just used a medium-sized striper brush for the flower petals and a tiny striping brush (a normal striping brush I cut most of the bristles off of) for the flower centres!

Onto the pictures and polishes used!

Purple base: One coat of Butter London Toff

Blue petals: Zoya Kristen

Off-white centres: OPI My Vampire is Buff

My right hand!

Textured Matte Hearts!

Holy crap, it's me!

So I am FINALLY back into nail art and nail painting period! I didn't feel like myself leaving the house with short bare nails, and though they're not long yet, I feel so much better about them!

Today I have some textured matte nail art to share, because I wanted to find a way to incorporate textured polishes into nail art!

For this look I used a small nail art brush to paint the hearts after my base colour and layer of top coat had dried.

I'm Back and a Youtube Announcement!

Hello everyone!

I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a while, my zig-zag nails have held up 'til now and I've been working on a whole new thing for me; Youtube videos!

I'm going through a fashion phase right now and it has been so much fun making videos! I'm on a short trip to see family right now, so once I'm home I'll be posting a manicure! I will warn you that my thumbnail broke right down to the quick at a waterpark we went to, so my nails are hillariously short! I'm thinking of also doing nail art tutorials on my blog, let me know if any of you would like to see some! Just like with this blog, I'll always take requests for videos anyone wants to see!

I thought I should insert one of the two videos I have up on my channel to show you guys! I already seem more confident in the second one, and honestly, the first one is kind of boring and not really worth watching! :P So here's my second video, I'll be posting a third one later today styling collared shirts in case you're interested!

Rainbow Zig Zag Nail Art!

Hello everyone! Today I have some super fun and cute zig zag nail art to share!

My nails may look a bit bumpy here because I've decided to start a more serious no-buy, despite the fact that I'm almost out of top coat! I'm trying to conserve what little I have left, especially because I often paint other people's nails!

For this look I used a nail art brush I got off of eBay and then cut almost all of the bristles off of. I started off with two coats of OPI Care to Danse? for a sheer base! Then I just dabbed a drop of one colour at a time on a stack of paper and went to work!

Onto the pictures and names of the colours!

From thumb to pinky: Essie DJ Play that Song, Essie Bobbing for Baubles, Essie Tart Deco, Essie Mod Square, and NOPI "Baby" Blue!

From pinky to thumb: American Apparel Mount Royal, Essie Mojito Madness, Color Club Almost Famous, OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, and American Apparel Poppy!

OPI Black Shatter over Zoya Miranda!

Hello everybody! Today I have a crackle over textured polish look to share with you all!

I finally picked up some non-acetone remover so the next post you see from me will feature some Hex Nail Jewelry!

I broke my no-buy in a big way two days ago because a thrift store near my house had a 50% off sale for certain clothing items. I bought mostly fall clothes, so it was just back to school shopping right? :P I realized that I ended up getting 50% off of everything because the cashier lady must have messed up! Anyways, my friend Sarah and I decided to film our haul and film a little lookbook of us wearing the clothes! The videos will be up on her channel within a week, so if you're curious, here's her channel!
